REFUNDS, RETURNS, SHIPPING AND LOSSES 

– Changes, Refunds, and Returns. After a product has been shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Refunds or returns may be granted at the sole discretion of Chicago Mainliner. With the exception of tickets, unused and unopened products may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price or exchanged within thirty (30) days of purchase, if you can provide the original receipt or charge. Must be purchased from either the ORD or CHIRR Location; we are NOT affiliated with other Mainliner stores. Tickets and used or open items may not be returned. If a returned product was purchased via credit card, credit for the return will be made to the original credit card used for the purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless due to a shipping error of your order. You are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. – Pickup. Products may be picked up at any Chicago Mainliner store location at no additional charge.

– Shipping. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. If order is placed before 4:00 p.m., Central Standard Time, on a non-holiday weekday it will be shipped the next day. If order placed after 4:00 pm, Central Standard Time, on weekends, or on holidays will be shipped on the second business day. Orders are shipped via Federal Express 2-Day shipping. No Saturday or Sunday delivery is available. No shipping available to Alaska, Hawaii or International. No company mail shipping available.

– Defective Products. If you have used a product, including luggage, and believe that it is defective, you must contact the manufacturer directly to resolve that issue. Chicago Mainliner accepts no responsibility for defective products, as explained below.

– Risk of Loss. All items purchased from Chicago Mainliner are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
